Responsibilities:

• Install basic to complex coax-based TV and internet services.
• Install troubleshoot/repair cable modems/routers/WAP's in a residential environment.
• Work directly with owners/guests and higher tier support staff to provide the best possible TV and internet services.
• Educate owners/guests on proper use of services and equipment.
• Reliably complete work orders, including time worked, work performed. and equipment repaired or replaced.
• Have a good driving record so that you may operate company vehicles per company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills to accurately communicate with customers and other employees.
• Valid Drivers' License.
• Ability to use common tools such as power drills, staple gun, screw drivers, etc.
• Customer service skills a must!

Working Conditions:

• Working directly with guests and staff.
• Sometimes working outdoors in inclement weather.
• Sometimes working in confined spaces that may be poorly ventilated like attics and crawlspaces.
• Overtime may be needed on occasion.
• Weekends and holidays and odd hours are required.

Additional Skills Desired:

• Experience with Cable TV infrastructure.
• Strong desire to learn and advance.
• CMTS knowledge.
