Little Kids’ Easter Egg Hunt — Tubing Hill – 10:30am

This year’s Easter Egg Hunt for the little kids is on the tubing hill!  The hunt starts at 10:30am.  We will have eggs all over the hill, and plenty of candy to fill your Easter basket!  This event is open to kids of all ages.  We will divide kids into appropriate age groups and each group will be hunting for different colored eggs.

On-Mountain Easter Egg Hunt — Animas City – Noon

New this year, we will have a ski-in Easter Egg Hunt on the mountain.  Take Lift 1 and head on over to Animas City.  We’ll be hosting a hunt right there in the terrain park!  This is the area that looks like a fun little village, and it’s the perfect place for a hunt!

We have the park all to ourselves for the hunt.  Once you arrive, step out of your skis or snowboard and we’ll race each other on foot throughout the park to gather easter eggs.

This hunt starts at noon.  Don’t be late!  Get on Lift 1 by 11:45am at the latest, and from the top follow Sa’s Psyche or West Fork over to Animas City.

Ski-Thru Chocolate Station:

You know the picnic table at the bottom of El Diablo?  From 11:30 – 1pm, we’re turning it into a ski-thru chocolate station!  Ski on over and grab some fantastic chocolate from our friends at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Company!

Complimentary Beverages on the Ski Beach!

We’ll have an Easter tent set up on the ski beach, with Durango Joe’s coffee and cocoa.  Stop by and grab a cup on your way to the lift.

Thanks, River Church!

How did this event get so awesome?  Thanks to our friends at The River Church in Durango!  They are helping us plan the event and they will have lots of folks helping us on event day to make this event tons of fun.
