  • “The lodging was cozy and perfect for our family of 5. Restaurants were delicious with great service. Our kids had snowboarding lessons Friday 2/27. My youngest had Hayden and she was amazing and brought my daughter very far by the end of the day. My daughter loved her. However, My older 2 were in the adult lessons with Tom P. They did not enjoy their day with him. After 45 minutes from “starting the lesson” my husband had to go over and teach them how to work their bindings. Tom wouldn't leach them their gear and kept telling them to “figure it out”. He kept telling them throughout the day to “just trust their intuition and do it” without actually giving them directions/instructions. They even said he kept asking other instructors to switch with him because he didn't want beginners. My kids felt like they were being yelled at and a burden the whole day. It was very disappointing. They said they learned more from their dad on day 2 than they did their whole day of lessons with Tom. Overall the trip was still great and we will definitely go back next year, just without lessons.”
