  • “Amazing stay! The room is beautiful and much larger than it appears in the photos. This unit in particular has pretty spotty wifi so just make sure if you're booking here that you are prepared for an off-grid vacation and don't have work to do. Shout out to F&B staff. It was obvious that they were understaffed but still pulled off amazing service. Notably Wade from Purgy's. He was crushing it.”

  • “Overall, enjoyed the unit but a few things: 1. Lighting is awful. Dining table chandelier has a few bulbs out. Some of the recessed lighting is dim and barely useful. The shower/tub light is outside the shower and dim, so it is dark in the shower. Replace the bulbs with LED for lower watt but use higher lumens to brighten up the place. 2. Beds are rather soft and tended to sag to middle. Might want to check the framing supports, and perhaps use medium firm mattresses in the future 3. Pillows are awful. Took 3 pillows to get enough support. 4. Fireplace - uh thanks for the fire starters but uh, where is the firewood itself? 5. Wifi -- barely usable. It doesn't hold a connection well and is unreliable. I don't know if it is overloaded but nowadays, working speedy internet is a minimum expectation. Might need more bandwidth and routers per floor or group of units. Minor, but the unit was exceptionally hot when we arrived, and I kept lowering the thermostats well below 60 until it was comfortable. Positives: - plenty of dishes and kitchen items. - unit nicely furnished - hot tub was delightful”
