| Ages | Must be at least 3 years old and 36″ or taller to ride the slide. Children 6 years old and under must ride the lift and sled with an adult. Must be 6+ and at least 48″ tall to ride the slide alone. Max combined or single rider weight can not exceed 300lbs. |

Get ready for family fun in the San Juans. At more than half a mile long, Purgatory’s legendary alpine slide is a must-do for your summer checklist! A Durango favorite, riders set the speed as they race down the dual track and enjoy fun for the whole family!
The fine print
- Riders must be at least 3 years old and 36″ tall to ride with an adult. Riders must be at least 6 years old and 48″ tall to ride alone.
- Closed-toe footwear is recommended.
- The maximum weight is 300lbs combined between driver and passenger.
- All summer activities at Purgatory Resort are weather permitting.
- Rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- All alpine slide riders are required to complete a Release of Liability.
