Winter tapped out early, but you don’t have to.
Help us close out our 60th anniversary with color throws (color provided), DJ sets from DJ Noonz and Forest Thump, foam machines, face painting, and a rail jam built for the snow and comfortable in the dirt.
The Purgatory Beach Rukus is the kind of event you’re going to need a drink for. When in Purgatory, we try to get ourselves a little closer to Heaven with a good drink. The Official Closing Day Purgatory Beach Rukus Beer Sponsor is Ska Brewing, located right here in Durango, Colorado.
Snow is barely hanging on, but that’s not really the point. Come for the color. Stay for the party.
The colors are made from FDA-approved, non-toxic ingredients and are designed to be environmentally friendly and safe for skin contact. Goggles, however, are recommended!
Costumes are a big part of the day. Think beach, neon, ridiculous, or anything that stands out. We’ll be handing out prizes for the best looks.
