Total Archery Challenge

The best outdoor sporting event in the United States is coming to Purgatory Resort this summer! Total Archery Challenge will be taking place July 10th – 12th right here at Purg, and we couldn’t be more stoked. Registration is required for participating in the event, as well as camping at Purgatory. Registration links below.
What to Expect:
150+ 3D archery targets
Multiple Courses for different skill levels. (You may scoot in to a comfortable range)
- MKC Course– 25 Targets, 15-70 yd shots minimal angles
- Prime Course (toughest course but a lot of fun)- 25 Targets, Rocky Mountain Western Shoot, 40-100 yds with steep angles and tougher shots
- Jack Links Course– 25 Targets, 25-75 yds with steep angles and good shots that test your skill
- RMEF Course- 25 Targets, Long shots, 60-100 yds, on Sheep, Mtn Goat and other awesome species.
- Lancaster Course- 25 Targets, Long Shots, 40-80 yds on Western Big Game.
- Mathews Course- 25 targets, 30-70 yds technical shots, Medium and small targets.
Stationary Kids Range 10 target shoot at dinosaurs and Zombies!

Day 1
6:15 AM – Check-in opens / receive TAC Activity Pass
7:00 AM – Nock Time courses open
9:00 AM-5:00 PM – Lunch and snacks can be purchased at main lodge
4:00 PM – Course shuttle / chair lift closes
5:00 PM – RMEF After Party
Day 2
6:15 AM – Check-in opens / receive TAC Activity Pass

Camping Details:
–All camping spots are a flat fee. You’ll be directed to either the car/sprinter area or RV area at check-in based on your vehicle type. Spots are first-come, first-served — no partial-day discounts.
-This is dry camping, meaning there are no hookups for water, power, or sewer.
Porta-potties and trash disposal will be available on-site, but campers should come prepared to be self-sufficient.
–Open fires are not allowed. Propane fire rings only, and their use will depend on local fire restrictions at the time of the event. We’ll confirm closer to the date.
–Noise Policy: Please be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
–Refund Policy: All sales are final. Camping passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
