I don’t see an option to purchase tickets on certain dates. Why is that?

If you do not see the activity session you are looking for on the calendar, we are sold out/unavailable. Please select another date.

What is your weather policy?

Mountain weather is subject to rapid and unforeseen changes. The Operations Team adheres to a rigorous inclement weather protocol, prioritizing the safety of guests and employees above all else. Operations will resume following the dissipation of adverse weather conditions and the completion of required safety procedures.

A resort credit may be issued in the event that inclement weather necessitates the suspension of operations. Eligibility for resort credits is contingent upon the presence of unused products, and redemption must occur on the date of purchase at the Ticket Office in person. Guest wristbands must be presented upon request.

A refund may be granted if inclement weather forces the resort to close for the remainder of the day before 2:00 PM. It is important to note that refunds are calculated based on ticket usage, not the time of wristband issuance. Refunds must be obtained on the date of purchase at the Ticket Office in person, and guest wristbands are required at the time of the request.

Are activity tickets included in my lodging reservation?

Activity tickets are not included in your lodging reservation and must be purchased separately from your lodging accommodations.
