This highly anticipated culinary event features an elegant, five-course feast entirely inspired by locally foraged mushrooms, with each course thoughtfully paired with premium wines.

Guided Mushroom Foray (SOLD OUT)
Saturday, Sept 5 | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Connect with nature and learn from the best. Lace up your hiking boots for a guided mountain trek led by expert mycologists. You’ll explore the beautiful terrain, learn how to identify local mushroom species, and enjoy light refreshments in the great outdoors.

Masterclass: The Art of Cooking with Mushrooms (SOLD OUT)
Saturday, Sept 5 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Go behind the scenes in this intimate, small-group masterclass. One of our expert chefs will share professional tips, tricks, and techniques for prepping and cooking with mushrooms. You’ll get an up-close look at a step-by-step cooking demonstration, enjoy a freshly prepared plate of the dish paired with wine, and take home a printed recipe and wine-pairing guide to recreate the magic yourself.

Chef’s Showcase: A Multi-Course Mushroom & Wine Luncheon (New!)
Sunday, Sept 6 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM Cap off your weekend with a spectacular grand finale. Our premier Food & Beverage chef team is joining forces for a “Taste Of” style luncheon showcase. Our Chefs will each step into the spotlight to present a unique, signature small plate. Paired with hand-selected wines, these individual creations come together to form a magnificent, full-course midday meal.
